Housing Deadline
The deadline to reserve a room at the conference rate of $208 (USD) is March 22, 2010 at 8:00 pm ET. After then the conference rate will no longer be available. Note too that, only a limited number of conference rooms are available so be sure to reserve early! Once the conference rooms sell out we will not be able to offer additional rooms at the conference rate, even if sell-out occurs before the housing deadline.

How do I get there?

By Bus
Gray Line of Seattle Downtown Airporter operates between Sea-Tac Airport and the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. Shuttles depart from the airport daily between 5:30am and 11pm. For more information or to make reservations, call Gray Line of Seattle, or contact our hotel front desk staff for assistance.

By Private Car Service
Sheraton Seattle can make arrangements for a limo, sedan, or van service for your arrival and departure. Rates are by hours, vehicle type, and number of passengers. There are a variety of rental car companies within close proximity of the hotel and of Sea-Tac Airport terminal.

By Taxi
Taxi service is readily available at Sea-Tac Airport on the third floor of the parking garage, at the Colman Dock ferry terminal, at cruise ship terminals, and at all major downtown Seattle hotels and fairways.

General Directions to the Hotel

From East

  • Driving Westbound on Interstate 90, proceed on Interstate 90 to Interstate 5 North.
  • Take the Madison Street Exit.
  • Turn left onto Madison Street.
  • Follow Madison and turn right onto 6th Avenue.
  • Continue on 6th Avenue for four blocks.
  • The hotel will be on the right.

From North

  • Driving Southbound on Interstate 5, exit the interstate at Union Street.
  • Proceed for one block to 6th Avenue.
  • Turn right onto 6th Avenue.
  • Continue one block.
  • The hotel entrance will be on your right.

From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

  • Follow State Route 518 Eastbound to Interstate 5 Northbound (Seattle).
  • Take the Seneca Street exit (exit will be on your left).
  • Turn right immediately onto 6th Avenue.
  • Drive north on 6th Avenue for two blocks.
  • The hotel is on the right.
  • Turn right into the entrance for valet parking and drop-off.

From South

  • Driving Northbound on Interstate 5, take Seneca Street exit (Exit 165) on your left.
  • Turn right immediately onto 6th Avenue.
  • Follow 6th Avenue past Union Street.
  • The hotel is on the right.
