Chief, Department of Behavioral Health

Major responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with key leaders on the vision and direction for the service line for the health system
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the clinical activities of the department
• Encourage ethical medical and financial practice across the program
• Be a mentor and coach for medical staff
• Outreach to community partners
• Recruitment and retention of faculty and staff within behavioral heath

Track record of personal accomplishments and credentials in psychiatry

Demonstrated managerial and business acumen with knowledge of complex financial pressures facing community medical centers

Demonstrated competency in change leadership, program development, and relationship building
