Science of Behavior Change
The Science of Behavior Change (SOBC) Research Network seeks to improve the understanding of underlying mechanisms of human behavior change by promoting basic research on the initiation, personalization, and maintenance of behavior change. By embracing a movement toward open science and rigorous methods, SOBC has developed a comprehensive Measures Repository, featured on their website. The repository serves as a resource for peer-reviewed assessment tools that are being tested as potentially valid measures of the underlying mechanisms of behavior change using the SOBC experimental medicine approach. Sign up for the SOBC newsletter to learn about upcoming webinars, network events, the latest findings in behavioral research, and more.
